- hmmm. Back to this "AT UK redundancies" thing...
-
- A couple of days ago, I got hold of the latest copy of Amiga Shopper
- (issue 60). According to the interview with John Smith, the people that
- were supposed to be made redundant (including Jon Anderson) are said to
- have LEFT the company for "geographical" reasons. Are AT having us on ?
- Or are the people who first used the word "redundant" slightly
- pessimistic ?
-
- By the way, if it is of interest, the new home of AT UK (Stanstead, which
- isn't to far from where I live, actually) is also home of purchasing
- manager Martin Hanley. This is the very guy who REFUSED to buy A1200s
- with hard drives (among other Amiga-related stuff). Hopefully, John Smith
- will give Mr Hanley a good kicking.
